The Bricks Builder is both a WordPress theme and a block-based page builder. It was made by Thomas Ehrig and Luis Godinho.
Usually, pages created with WordPress page builders like Elementor or Beaver Builder are slow. Bricks avoids this problem because it outputs native WordPress Gutenberg Blocks. So the pages render quickly because no additional Javascript or CSS is required. It makes extensive use of Flexible Box Layouts and CSS Grid.
I found the editor easy to use. However, this introductory video helped quite a bit. There’s also a live demo of Bricks.
The Bricks Builder price is $99 for one site lifetime license, and $299 buys you a license to use it on unlimited sites. You can get a refund on the lifetime licenses. the developer says:
