Vanilla Visa has worked fine with Private Internet Access for multiple signs-ups 2012-2016.

Anondebitcard.com is not 100% anonymous, you still need to fill out all your information including your shipping address.

I bought a My Vanilla card and it requires me to register online and and provide a mailing address and SSN. The card is then mailed to me. No longer useful, but they got a lot of my money!
