Anyway, I don&#039;t see the big attraction of such a dated router, when DD-WRT supports so many newer and faster ones, such as the budget TP-Link TL-WR1043ND. And I believe VPN clients require a relatively fast processor to work well, so the WRT54G seems a positively bad choice in this instance.]]></description>

I&#039;ll most likely be checking out the ASUS.
