I purchase their fresh IP, and they deduct the money from me, then I got the message after checkout, that my card is dangers and they will check, but they deduct the amount from me, then I receive an automatic reply after I raise a complaint to pay again, is this normal for new IPburger customer first time, the issue they don't have live chat, and this not comfortable for me

Pure VPN seems to be working good for me. Bought a USA PayPal account from Auction Essistance and been using the USA IP from Pure VPN for several months without issue. I guess to each to their own.

I’ve been using VPN for the last 4 months and so far they never asked me for the info they asked you for…credit card and drivers license. Perhaps it’s because I’m using paypal to pay for my monthly fee. if you use a credit card they may need to be more careful. What I like about it is that I can use it both to hide and also to be found…for example when I travel I can use it view sports like NFL. NHL and Netflix, Hulu with a U.S. ip without a problem – I nothing illegal. When I’m in the U.S. I can use the static ip feature to host a website from a laptop where ever I go. I just point my goddady domain to the static IP and whereever I have wifi access I can connect to the VPN and have port 80 or 8080 open to host a site. No need to change the ports on the local router. I can even connect to my phone wifi and it will work. This is very useful for me as a karaoke host. People can search my songbook at the bar with their smartphones and even request their song from their barstool no need to download an app. They also know it’s not live all the time, only when I’m hosting at the bar, so I don’t care if people can’t reach my site if they try to access it when I’m not at the bar. I found there are very few VPN services that offer this. I only found 1 other, mystaticvpn.com but it was very unreliable and though cheaper, you can only use it for that purpose I could not use to watch Netflix outside the country or to unblock sites. yes, I’m paying about $15 a month but it works for my karaoke business. I also found their tech support very responsive. where as mystaticvpn.com would only guarantee 24 hour response…it would take them 24 hours to respond. PureVPN usually responded within an hour. It’s certainly not perfect (I hate their software) but it works. I’d certainly be willing to try another if it’s cheaper, but so far I haven’t found it. If guys have any other suggestions I’d love to hear it.
