The Best VPN Providers Offering Dedicated IPs

There are only a couple of reliable VPN providers that offer dedicated IP addresses:

  • Ivacy (Singapore): A reliable provider that offers fixed IPs in Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, Malta and the United States. The price is the same as a regular VPN account (currently $3.33 per month).
  • VPNArea (Bulgaria): This provider has been offering dedicated IPs since 2013. They offer dedicated IPs in various countries (USA, UK, NL, AU), with the cheapest one being $15 for 1 year in USA. Dedicated IPs are available for 6 and 12 month accounts only.

The Details

A VPN with a dedicated or static IP address is useful when playing online game or logging into certain services (such as banks, Paypal or e-mail provider). Many of these services will simply reject your attempt to connect if you are on a dynamic VPN service. For example, if you access Gmail services using a shared VPN IP, Google may think your email inbox was hacked. If  you have a dedicated VPN IP address, Google won’t flag the account or require two-factor authentication.

So, a shared IP address is used by multiple users on a network, while a dedicated static IP belongs to one unique user. Most VPN users are content using an IP address shared by hundreds of users simultaneously, as it allows to keep their privacy when browsing the web. However, a shared IP can easily turn up in a blacklist as there’s no way for a user to know what other users on the network are up to.

Shared IP

  • Difficult to trace an individual over a public network (because the IP address keeps on changing)
  • Most ISPs offer a massive range of shared IPs but have limited dedicated IPs
  • NAT firewall is automatically implemented on connections made on shared IPs

Dedicated IP

  • You start off with a “clean” online reputation
  • Useful when it comes to privately accessing personal websites or servers
  • Frees you from the concern of what the internet users are doing on the network

    1. I purchase their fresh IP, and they deduct the money from me, then I got the message after checkout, that my card is dangers and they will check, but they deduct the amount from me, then I receive an automatic reply after I raise a complaint to pay again, is this normal for new IPburger customer first time, the issue they don’t have live chat, and this not comfortable for me

  1. Pure VPN seems to be working good for me. Bought a USA PayPal account from Auction Essistance and been using the USA IP from Pure VPN for several months without issue.

I guess to each to their own.

  2. I’ve been using VPN for the last 4 months and so far they never asked me for the info they asked you for…credit card and drivers license. Perhaps it’s because I’m using paypal to pay for my monthly fee. if you use a credit card they may need to be more careful. What I like about it is that I can use it both to hide and also to be found…for example when I travel I can use it view sports like NFL. NHL and Netflix, Hulu with a U.S. ip without a problem – I nothing illegal. When I’m in the U.S. I can use the static ip feature to host a website from a laptop where ever I go. I just point my goddady domain to the static IP and whereever I have wifi access I can connect to the VPN and have port 80 or 8080 open to host a site. No need to change the ports on the local router. I can even connect to my phone wifi and it will work. This is very useful for me as a karaoke host. People can search my songbook at the bar with their smartphones and even request their song from their barstool no need to download an app. They also know it’s not live all the time, only when I’m hosting at the bar, so I don’t care if people can’t reach my site if they try to access it when I’m not at the bar. I found there are very few VPN services that offer this. I only found 1 other, but it was very unreliable and though cheaper, you can only use it for that purpose I could not use to watch Netflix outside the country or to unblock sites. yes, I’m paying about $15 a month but it works for my karaoke business. I also found their tech support very responsive. where as would only guarantee 24 hour response…it would take them 24 hours to respond. PureVPN usually responded within an hour. It’s certainly not perfect (I hate their software) but it works. I’d certainly be willing to try another if it’s cheaper, but so far I haven’t found it. If guys have any other suggestions I’d love to hear it.

  3. Be very careful with PURVPN. They asked for and received a copy of my driver’s license. They then asked for a copy of the FRONT of my credit card. Then they asked for a COLOR COPY of the credit card. I think they were trying to scam me since I am sure no one out there reading this would send a copy of the front of their credit card!!

  4. Thanks for the article I gave purevpn a try for dedicated ips and had horrible luck because i wanted it for ebay stealth to make another ebay account after being suspended and didn’t work but luckily i found 24vc and they work well for amazon and ebay but kind of expensive so i will look into nord as well but happy with 24vc so far

    1. @Alex – Unlucky for you, I have been using purevpn dedicated ip service for over an year and not once has it troubled me. And honestly I have never seen or heard about 24c anywhere. Did you just comment for the sake of promotion?

Whatever the reason may be you shouldn’t misdirect the neutral users at least.

      @Admin please be responsible!

      1. I must agree with your comment.

Been using PureVPN for just over two years now and never a problem.

Sorry to hear about your problems @ Alex, but no need to slate the program based

on 1 problem (which was of your own making btw)

If we all based our opinions on 1 problem / error then just imagine…………

@Admin, thanks for the helpful reviews.

    2. I agree with Zaire, that 24vc is another one of those crap services that claim to be unique IPs for stealth when they are no different than purevpn or strongvpn. Just a self promotion post which there is tons of holes in it.

Been using purevpn and strongvpn for years and never had any issues.

      1. That’s not true it depends what your using it for, I tried using PureVPN for ebay and its crap, it got my ebay account limited. Instead I found some cheap VPS company and using it for ebay without any problems now. I dont know about the other companies you talked about cause i dont use them but I know purevpn does not work for ebay

  5. PureVPN seems to be good in dedicated IP segment. I got the German IP from them for secure remote access to office network in Berlin.

Recently I got an email that they are also offering Dedicated IPs that protect from DDoS attack. Seems like they are targeting business Sector.

  6. I am also using PURE VPN from last two year. It is providing us satisfaction according to our requirement. This is a VPN proxy software through which I can get US ip address automatically. . I think that it is the best app for all those who want to get access on all the blocked website.
